Starting high school is an exciting milestone, but for some students, having a little extra time and support can make a big difference.
Upper Coomera State College’s Supported Transitions Program is designed for current Year 6 students with additional needs, or students who may benefit from some extra support as they prepare to commence Year 7.
The program gives students additional opportunities to become familiar with the people, places and routines of secondary school, helping build confidence and familiarity before their first day of Year 7.
Term 4 Supported Transition Sessions
The program includes four sessions during Term 4:
Weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8
9:00am – 10:30am
Students must be enrolled to commence Year 7 at Upper Coomera State College in 2027 to participate in the program.

Families wishing to participate whose child is not yet enrolled at Upper Coomera State College will first need to complete an application for Year 7 enrolment.
