Step 1
Check Check that you live within the college catchment.
UCSC operates under an Enrolment Management Plan (EMP), which requires students to reside within our catchment. Use the Department of Education's Catchment Map to confirm your eligibility.
Step 2
Complete Your Application
Enrolment packages can be collected from our Administration office (Reserve Road entrance) or downloaded below:
When submitting your application, include all required documents:
- Proof of Identity: Birth certificate or passport (with visa for non-Australian citizens).
- Academic Records: Two most recent school reports and any NAPLAN results.
- Proof of Residency (for catchment applications): One primary document (e.g., lease, rates notice) and one secondary document (e.g., utility bill).
- Support Documentation (if applicable): Reports for learning support, counselling, or behaviour support services.

Submit Your Application
Bring your completed application and supporting documents to our Administration office or email them to enquiries@uppercoomerasc.eq.edu.au
Our team will process your application and contact you to arrange an enrolment interview with the Deputy Principal.
