When completing the Enrolment Application, applicants are required to have the following supporting documentation prepared and available for upload.​​

• Birth Certificate (not applicable if student has been enrolled in QLD public school).
• Passport (Not applicable for Australian Citizens)
  
  
• Report card (the most recent).

• Proof of Residence – Two forms of ID.
  Current rental agreement OR Property Rates Notice & Current dated bill (Electricity Bill, Internet Bill, Foxtel Bill or Gas Bill).​​
  If you are unable to provide the above proof of residence, we will require a Statutory Declaration filled out by the person
  you are living with that is on the lease or rates. A copy of the lease or rates will need to be submitted with the Statutory Declaration.
  
  Please supply, if applicable:
• Medical Form/Diagnosis Report
• Court Order.
