The Upper Coomera State College Finance Office handles all payments, and is located adjacent to the central administration office.

PHONE PAYMENTS | Phone the Finance Office (07 5580 7555) and we will transfer you to the BPOINT Phone Payment Service. Please have your student's payment reference details (found on the invoice/statement) and your Debit Card or Credit Card ready. |
CENTREPAY | Centrepay is a service which processes regular deductions from your Centrelink payments and forwards these payments to the College. Please contact the Finance team via email finance@uppercoomerasc.eq.edu.au to discuss how to set up this service. |
IN PERSON | We accept payment by Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque and Cash during restricted office hours. Please note we cannot open during other hours due to limited staff.

Financial hardship
Parents experiencing financial hardship who are currently participating or wish to participate in the Student Resource Scheme (SRS) should contact the Finance Office to discuss available options in confidence.
Unpaid fees
Payment of the participation fee is a requirement for continued participation in the Student Resource Scheme. An unpaid fee will be subject to the school's debt collection processes. Students may not be permitted to participate in optional school activities or have access to resources provided by the Scheme if payment arrangements fall into arrears.
Any unpaid invoices, will be managed according to the Department of Education's Debt Management Procedure and may result in the student being excluded from the scheme and/or from participating in optional school activities until payment is made.
