Chaplaincy support

At Upper Coomera State College, our College Chaplain, Ben Findlay, works closely with other welfare service staff across the college providing social, emotional and spiritual support for students, staff and parents within the school community.

Support may include:

  • Spiritual health & well being.

  • Facilitation of weekly discussions and support groups.

  • Facilitation of welfare and educational programs within the College, in partnership with school support staff (e.g. Chappies Breakfast, MOB program).

  • Information about & management of local church youth worker programs available in out of school hours (e.g. camps, youth group activities)

UCSC Chaplaincy Sponsorship Packages

The federally funded National School Chaplaincy Program provides a contribution towards the costs of a chaplaincy service, however does not cover the full cost. To ensure local chaplaincy services remain sustainable, local community support is vital. SU QLD supports the initiative by appointing, training and equipping school chaplains.

Your support can help keep chappies in schools... and continue to bring hope to a young generation. By supporting Upper Coomera State College Chaplaincy you are also offered the unique opportunity to reach a local audience of over 2200 students and a further 1000 parents and family members, enhancing your brand image by positively contributing to the wellbeing of your local community.

We are offering the following sponsorship packages, for those organisations who wish to give back to their local community and support the health and wellbeing of local youth.
